Logical Equivalence (for Sequences)
Let t, s, and b be fixed. Then the following statements are equivalent:
No (digital) (t, s)-sequence in base b exists
If a (tʹ, s)-sequence in base b exists, then tʹ > t.
For purely technical reasons they have to be included separately in MINT.
