Base Expansion for Sequences
Every (ut, s)-sequence in base b with u ≥ 1 is also a (t, s)-sequence in base bu. This result follows immediately from the corresponding result for (t, m, s)-nets. See also [1, Proposition 5].
In general the resulting sequence is not digital.
