Appending Arbitrary Columns

Given a (linear) ordered orthogonal array OOA(M, s, Sb, T , k) with T k, a (linear) OOA(M, s, Sb, T + 1, k) can be constructed.

Since the entries in depth T + 1 are irrelevant for strength kT < T + 1, the new OOA is obtained by appending arbitrary entries for depth T + 1.
